Mike was very polite, friendly, patient with my questions, and extremely helpful, especially in setting up the OnStar and Google options in my GMC Sierra. He sent me detailed information on the new vehicle and responded promptly to my text messages when I had questions. Campbell in finance was also great in explaining the paperwork being filled out and thanks to Mark for having the paperwork ready for us, even when he couldn't be there. Erik was great to work with. Smooth transaction, no pressure and he let the car sell itself. He stayed in close communication with us, and gave us exactly what we asked for without the hard upsell. When there was a mistake about the number of keys available for the car, he made sure we got what was advertised without cost to us. This is the way car buying should be. We will definitely be back.

I searched all over VA, NC, MD, PA for my GMC Terrain and found out that while some dealership claimed to have the lowest price quote they were deceiving me by giving me a NC tax rate just to have me travel over 5 hrs for a suv that was not quoted correctly.
